For those who prefer to rise slowly, with strength and purpose.
This Hatha class focuses on alignment for healthy movement patterns and intention. We’ll move mindfully through postures from the ground up, connecting to the core first for a strong foundation and finding natural rhythms for a sustainable practice.

Morning Hatha offers a variety of breath work, mantra, and intention setting, with ambient music as an integral part of flow.

The pace is great for those both new and experienced.

Monday Vinyasa | 60

For those who want to use consistency and strength to deepen the practice.
This Vinyasa class focuses on alignment for healthy movement patterns. We’ll move through monthly variations, adding on and building up the flow as we go, with the intention of building repetition to refine movement patterns and gain strength.

Evening Vinyasa offers time for meditation with a deep savasana, with ambient music guiding the way.

Warm room heated to 75-80 degrees.

Full Moon Flow | 60


We are deeply connected to the cycles of nature. The monthly full moon is an opportunity to connect to the earth and our own rhythms. Through yoga, we can tap into this lunar energy to restore balance, expand, and be nourished.

The full moon is a powerful time to set intentions in motion and take action on your intended desire. This class will change monthly with a foundation of Hatha flow, oracle cards, intention setting, and other modalities. You may want to bring a notebook or journal.
