In my classes, you can find influences of Hatha and Vinyasa flow, taking time to feel into the body in a safe container to explore intuitive movement and inner work. You can expect to find creative flow and atmospheric music. My classes are designed to heal from within. If you want to sweat your ass off, we’ll do plenty of that too.

Drawing on the science of yoga, meditation, postures, movement, breath work, & mantra, and Ayurveda, I create classes designed to reintegrate the mind & body. I want to help you make space to connect to what grounds you and what lifts you up.

Yoga has been part of my path for a decade. Called to it as a teenager, its a practice that’s grown with me in ways beyond what I could have imagined. Yoga is healing, both mentally and physically, in ways we can only know by living it as a wide and deep practice. Please honor its lineage by reading a brief history of yoga and practicing in a way that aligns with the teachings.

I had the honor to complete my 200hr YTT with world-renowned teachers Rachel Brathen and Physical Therapist Lara Heimann, making me a Yoga Girl® and Island Yoga certified teacher. I am so excited to bring these heart-centered teachings to the core of my classes for you.
